Participate in the Plattekloof Carnival and Market

We are excited to invite you to participate in the Plattekloof Carnival & Market, hosted by Riverside
College Burgundy Estate in collaboration with Funland. The event will be held over three weekends: 18 &
19 October, 25 & 26 October, and 01 & 02 November 2024.

The carnival promises to be an exciting event with a variety of activities and entertainment for all ages,
drawing large crowds from the local community and beyond. We are offering vendors the opportunity to
showcase their products and services during the carnival, which will include stalls from a range of categories,
such as:

  • Clothing
  • Health foods
  • Décor
  • Homemaker items
  • Artisan gifts
  • Artisan food & deli items
  • Freshly prepared food, snacks, and drinks
  • Sweets

The cost for a stall at the Carnival is R1500 per weekend, and space is limited, so we encourage early applications to secure your spot.

MARKET STALL Stand Size: 2m x 2m Cost: R1500 per weekend (No electricity)

Terms and Conditions:

  • PAYMENT DUE ON BOOKING ACCEPTANCE BY ADMIN – NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN
  • SET UP INFORMATION WILL BE 2HOURS PRIOR TO EACH EVENT
  • SUPPLY YOUR OWN TABLES, CHAIRS & GAZEBOS FOR YOUR STALL
  • FOOD VENDORS MUST SUPPLY THEIR OWN GENERATORS & HAVE VALID HEALTH / FOOD PREP CERTIFICATES
  • BOOKINGS ARE FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS
  • BOOKING SHEET MUST BE SIGNED BY ALL PARTIES AND ACCEPTED BY Riverside College
  • ON-SITE 24 HR SECURITY WILL BE PROVIDED. STALLS CAN BE LEFT OVERNIGHT
